Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive (Fresher) to support our Finance & Accounts Department in daily accounting operations, financial documentation, and record maintenance.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day accounting activities.
• Record purchase, sales, and expense transactions.
• Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, and supporting documents.
• Assist with accounts payable and receivable.
• Support bank reconciliation and ledger maintenance.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Assist with GST-related documentation and data preparation.
• Support monthly financial reports and statements.
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding bills, invoices, and payments.
• Perform other accounting-related duties assigned by the reporting manager.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
• Knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Familiarity with Tally Prime / Tally ERP is preferred.
• Understanding of debit, credit, journal entries, and ledgers.
• Good numerical and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Eligibility Criteria

• B.Com / Any Related (Accounting & Finance) graduates.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with basic accounting knowledge will be preferred.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Porur, Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
