You will be leading a passionate team that works directly with Australian CPA Firms. Your responsibilities will include reviewing the accounts for a team of 8 to 10 people, client onboarding, conducting client meetings, managing communication, and overseeing workflow for the team. Additionally, you will review and provide feedback on team members' work, offer timely advice to maintain workflow efficiency, and conduct training sessions for new team members. Your role will also involve the preparation of Monthly & Quarterly Indirect Tax Returns for clients, finalizing financial statements and Tax Returns for various entities like Company, Trust, Partnership & Individual, as well as preparing Tax Planning documents & Financial Statements. Key Responsibilities: - Lead a team working directly with Australian CPA Firms - Review accounts for a team of 8 to 10 people - Client Onboarding, Client Meetings, Communication, and Workflow Management - Review and provide feedback on team members' work - Conduct training sessions for new team members - Prepare Monthly & Quarterly Indirect Tax Returns - Finalize financial statements and Tax Returns for various entities - Prepare Tax Planning documents & Financial Statements Qualifications Required: - At least 2 years of team management experience with more than 5 people - Hands-on experience in Australian Accounting & Taxation - Ability to interpret Australian Laws and tax concepts for client application - Expertise in XERO, MYOB, QuickBooks - Exceptional command of verbal and written English communication About the Company: Venus Accountants Private Limited fosters a positive work culture emphasizing collaboration, respect, continuous learning, and real career opportunities.
