Job Description Accounts Sr. Executive / Accountant
Position: Accounts Sr. Executive Department: Finance & Accounts Location: - Sector 02 Noida Reporting To: Accounts Manager / Finance Manager Key Responsibilities: 1. Daily Accounting Activities o Record day-to-day financial transactions in Tally Prime Edit Log. o Maintain books of accounts (Sales, Purchase, Journal Ledger, Cash/Bank). o Prepare and verify vouchers, invoices, and receipts. 2. Bank & Cash Management o Handle daily bank reconciliation. 3. Taxation & Compliance o Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9 and 9C). o Assist in TDS calculation, deduction, and returns. o Support audits (internal & statutory). 4. Accounts Payable & Receivable o Process vendor bills and prepare payment summaries. o Follow up on outstanding payments from clients. o Monitor credit control and aging reports. 5. Financial Reporting o Prepare MIS reports as per company requirements. o Assist in month-end and year-end closing. 6. Coordination & Documentation o Maintain proper documentation for all financial transactions. o Coordinate with banks, vendors, and internal team Required Skills & Qualifications: • • • • • • B.Com / M.Com / Inter CA or similar. 45 years experience in accounting (as applicable). Proficiency in Tally ERP/ Prime Edit Log. Good knowledge of GST, TDS, Income tax and Excel. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
