Account Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Female Accountant to manage and maintain our financial records, ensure compliance with accounting regulations, and contribute to the overall financial health of the company. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in accounting principles and financial reporting, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and maintain financial records, including general ledger entries, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements

2. Handle day-to-day accounting functions such as invoicing, billing, payments, and receipts

3. Perform bank reconciliations and manage cash flow

4. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

5. Assist with audits, tax filings (GST, TDS, Income Tax), and statutory compliance

6. Manage accounts payable and receivable

7. Coordinate with external auditors and ensure timely completion of audits

8. Monitor budgets and assist in financial planning

9. Maintain and update accounting systems and software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP)

10. Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and financial regulations

Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (B.Com must)

2. Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role

3. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally ERP, Zoho Books, Excel)

4. Good knowledge of Indian accounting standards, GST, TDS, and other tax regulations

5. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills

6. High attention to detail and accuracy

7. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
