Bookkeeping & Accounting Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process.
  • Maintain ledgers, journals, and other financial records.
  • Prepare trial balance, P&L, and balance sheet.
  • Handle accounts receivable, accounts payable, and bank reconciliations.
  • Assist in preparation and filing of

    ITRs, GST, and TDS returns

  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Prepare periodic financial reports for management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
  • 03 years of experience in bookkeeping/accounting.
  • Knowledge of

    ITR filing and statutory compliances

    is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in Tally/QuickBooks/Zoho Books or similar software.
  • Strong Excel and financial reporting skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
