Job description
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Record Maintenance:
1. Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including invoicing, payments, and receipts.
2. Maintain accurate records of accounts payable and accounts receivable (AP/AR).
3. Process sales orders, purchase invoices, and expense reports.
4. Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments from customers.
Accounts Payable:
· Process and verify invoices and purchase orders.
· Ensure timely payment of bills and expenses
· Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve payment issues.
Accounts Receivable:
· Generate and send invoices to clients
· Monitor accounts to ensure timely collection of payments.
· Address client inquiries and resolve billing discrepancies.
Candidate should have knowledge of: Tally, Accounting concepts, Balance sheet, Taxation, GST, Etc.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
