Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelors degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (B,Com, M.Com/MBA preferred).
3+ years of experience in accounting/finance (preferably in retail/automobile/trading sector).
Strong knowledge of Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting principles.
Familiarity with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.

Candidates must be willing to provide some necessary documents to the client upon selection.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Role & responsibilities

Maintain and update day-to-day accounting records (sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, and payments).
Handle accounts payable and receivable, vendor reconciliation, and customer outstanding follow-ups.
Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance reports.
Assist in payroll processing, employee reimbursements, and petty cash management.
Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.
Manage banking activities including deposits, payments, reconciliations, and fund flow.
Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits.
Monitor inventory accounting and support stock verification processes.
Provide financial analysis and support decision-making for management.
