Job Title: Accounts Executive

Office Timing: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Sunday Fixed Off)
Experience Required: 4–5 Years

Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Notice Period: Immediate Joiner
Qualifications: B.Com / M.Com

Job Overview:

We are hiring an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our finance team in Aurangabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting tasks, maintaining financial records, ensuring statutory compliance, and supporting audits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation and analysis of MIS reports
• Filing and compliance of GST, TDS, and tax audit requirements
• Managing accounts receivable and payable
• Handling bank reconciliations and petty cash management
• Assisting in internal and statutory audits
• Ensuring proper statutory compliance and documentation
• Preparing and maintaining financial statements and profit & loss statements
• Working on Tally for data entry, voucher posting, and reconciliation
• Supporting in monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
• Coordinating with auditors and consultants for reporting and audits

Required Skills:

• Proficient in Tally ERP
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and tax compliance
• Familiarity with statutory and internal audit procedures
• Ability to manage financial data accurately
• Good understanding of P&L statements, bank reconciliations, and data entry
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking

Pay: ₹10,388.20 - ₹31,889.53 per month
