Job Summary:

The Accountant will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily accounting activities.
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable entries.
Maintain general ledger and reconcile financial discrepancies.
Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory filings.
Monitor bank transactions and perform monthly bank reconciliation, Debtor/ Creditor reconciliation.
Maintain vendor and client payment records.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards.
Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, ERP, MS Excel, TDS, etc.)
Knowledge of taxation and basic statutory compliances.

Preferred Skills (Optional):

Experience in advanced Excel reporting.
Knowledge of MIS reporting.
Experience with Inventory and Billing systems.
