Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including but not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes. Ensure the timely and accurate preparation of financial reports. Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with statutory laws and regulations (GST, TDS, ROC filings, etc.). Coordinate with external auditors for annual audit processes. Manage day to day banking operations. Assist management in decision-making by providing financial insights and reports. Key Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance. • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a private limited company. Strong knowledge of Tally/ERP systems, MS Excel, and accounting principles. Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
