Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Account Executive to join our team at SIPCOT Phase 1, Hosur. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure compliance with company policies, and support financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily financial transactions and records
• Handle accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare invoices, vouchers, and bills
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Reconcile bank statements and ledgers
• Support audits and financial reviews
• Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for billing and payments
• Use accounting software (Tally or similar)

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting
• B.Com or equivalent degree preferred
• Knowledge of Tally or any accounting software
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Female candidates preferred
• Must be based in or willing to work at SIPCOT Phase 1, Hosur
