Job Description

As an Account Executive at our BSE-listed manufacturing company in Chinchwad, Pune, your role will involve supporting day-to-day accounting operations, documentation, and compliance activities. Your key responsibilities will include: - Assisting in daily accounting entries and updating the general ledger. - Helping with bank reconciliation, invoice verification, and expense recording. - Providing support in GST, TDS workings, and basic compliance tasks. - Maintaining proper documentation for audits and internal controls. - Coordinating with procurement, stores, and sales teams for data collection. To excel in this role, you should meet the following requirements: - Preferred qualifications include B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter with 1-2 years of experience. - Basic knowledge of accounting principles, GST, and TDS. - Familiarity with Tally/Zoho Books systems is advantageous. - Good Excel skills and keen attention to detail. - Eagerness to learn and grow in the accounts & finance domain.
