Location: Chennai (Preferred)
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated B.Com Graduate (Fresher or Experienced) to join our Accounts & Finance team, working on UK-based accounting processes. This is an exciting opportunity for candidates who want to build a strong career in international accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting for UK-based clients.
• Assist with reconciliations, invoices, ledgers, and financial statements.
• Support compliance and reporting as per UK accounting standards.
• Ensure accuracy and timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Collaborate with the team and adapt to international accounting practices.

Requirements

For Freshers:

• Strong knowledge of basic finance and accounting principles.
• Eagerness to learn UK-specific accounting processes.
• Adaptable, with a strong willingness to be trained and groomed.

For Experienced Candidates:

• Hands-on experience in accounting, preferably with exposure to international or UK-based accounts.
• Ability to handle reconciliations, ledgers, and financial reporting independently.
• Strong practical accounting knowledge.

General Requirements (Both):

• Qualification: B.Com graduate.
• Technical Needs: Must have own laptop.
• Joining: Immediate availability.
• Skills & Attributes:
• Decent English communication (written & verbal).
• Self-starter, quick learner, and a strong team player.
• Commitment to stay with the company for at least 2 years.
