Account Assitant

We are urgently hiring a qualified Accountant to manage school-based accounting and documentation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in school accounts, Tally, Excel, stock documentation, and handling school ERP/software. This is a single-vacancy position, and we aim to close hiring at the earliest.

*Key Responsibilities*

1) Manage day-to-day school accounts, fee records, and financial transactions.

2) Handle accounting software (Tally, Excel, and school-based applications).

3) Maintain stock records, including uniform stock documentation and other inventories.

4) Support biometric attendance systems and related documentation.

5) Prepare financial statements, reports, and maintain compliance records.

6) Assist with audits, reconciliations, and school-based administrative requirements.

*Qualifications & Skills*

1) Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Commerce or related field.

2) 1–2 years of relevant experience in school-based or related accounting roles.

3) Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and ERP/software systems.

4) Equipped with basic computer skills and accountancy knowledge.

5) Strong organizational, documentation, and reporting abilities.
