We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Account Assistant to provide administrative support to our accounting team. The successful candidate will assist with financial transactions, data entry, and record-keeping, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist with financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
2. Perform data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
3. Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and spreadsheets.
4. Reconcile bank statements and ensure accurate financial reporting.
5. Provide administrative support to the accounting team, including filing, photocopying, and scanning.
6. Perform other duties as assigned by the accounting team.
