Account Assistant

You will be working as a Junior Accountant at SKYRAIL BUILDCON PVT LTD to support the finance and accounting team. Your main responsibilities will include maintaining financial records, preparing reports, reconciling bank statements, and assisting in day-to-day accounting operations. This role is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with up to 2 years of experience to grow in the accounting field. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain and update day-to-day accounting records. - Assist in preparing invoices, vouchers, and bills. - Record financial transactions using Tally / Excel / ERP software. - Perform bank reconciliation and journal entries. - Aid in the preparation of financial reports such as P&L, Balance Sheet, and GST returns. - Assist with TDS and GST filings and ensure statutory compliance. - Manage petty cash and assist in monthly closures. - Coordinate with the senior accountant/auditor during audits. - Ensure proper documentation and filing of all financial records. Required Skills and Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field. - 02 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance. - Knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial regulations. - Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and other accounting software. - Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and other Indian tax regulations. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy. - Good organizational and time-management skills. - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Preferred Qualifications (Optional): - Experience with ERP systems like SAP, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or Busy. - Certification in GST, Tally, or accounting software (preferred but not required). - Internships or prior training in accounting roles. Please note that the salary for this position is INR 22,000 for candidates with 2 years of experience and above, and INR 18,000 to 20,000 for candidates with less than 2 years of experience.,
