Account Assistant

Were looking for an organized and self driven Accountant to join our growing team at our company. The Staff Accountant position will work closely with the senior manager and will be responsible to handle day-to-day bookkeeping along with other duties as defined below.

Accounting

1. Manage all accounting transactions

2. Making entries on Tally

3. Compute taxes and prepare tax returns

4. Reconcile accounts payable and receivable

5. Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.

6. Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing

7. Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements

8. Manage cash flow statement

9. Generate invoicing and purchase receipt

10. Release office and miscellaneous expense with consent of reporting head

11. Maintain credit notes

12. Maintain and timely file GST and other return

13. Should have knowledge of marginal tax category and composition scheme

Stock & Audit

1. Add and maintain stock sheet

2. Daily stock match with inventory team with help of IMEI number and SKU

3. Audit financial transactions and documents

4. Coordinate with CA for timely Audit and other details

Reports

1. Current financial status

2. Daily invoice summary

Skills Required

Education: Graduate (B.Com)

Experience- must have worked 2-3 years as accountant

Should have sound knowledge of Excel and Tally-ERP

Capable to work under pressure

Proficiency in creating workflow process
