Job Description

Accounts Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to the finance and accounting department. They handle tasks like processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and assisting with financial reporting. They also perform basic bookkeeping and data entry duties.

Key responsibilities of an Accounts Assistant typically include:

  • Processing invoices and payments: Receiving, processing, and reconciling invoices, as well as preparing and processing payments.
  • Maintaining financial records: Keeping accurate records of financial transactions, including ledgers and journals.
  • Reconciling accounts: Ensuring the accuracy of customer and supplier accounts.
  • Assisting with financial reporting: Helping to prepare financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Performing basic bookkeeping: Entering data into accounting software, maintaining records, and preparing basic financial reports.
  • Handling administrative tasks: Answering phone calls, responding to emails, and filing documents

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
