Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. - 3+ years of experience in SAP FICO consulting or implementation. - Strong understanding of financial accounting, controlling, and reporting. - Proficiency in SAP configuration and integration with other modules. - Experience with project management methodologies and tools. - Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements. - Familiarity with data migration processes and tools. - Experience in conducting user training and support. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software. - Certifications in SAP FICO or related qualifications are a plus. - Willingness to travel for workshops and project implementation as necessary. - Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage. - Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
