Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Meeting the expected Levels of Service Delivery Process Turnaround time, Self & Team Productivity, Accuracy, Attendance.
Maintaining Production, Customer, Quality, Training, Knowledge management documentation and other process audit artifacts.
Maintain Standard Operating Procedures and other process related documents intact.
Facilitate process Trainings - Prepare, Review and Report training progress of new hires.
Preparation of Dashboards to provide status update / performance level to Client and Internal stakeholders.
People Management (10-12 team members). Leave / Roster Management of the team.
Coaching / Mentoring Process Analysts / Team Members. Conducting regular documented one on one with Process Analysts / Team Members.

Daily reporting on performance evaluation to external clients.

Implementation of process improvement projects having a cost / time benefit.
Open new investment accounts on client investment platform based on the enrolment and KYC documents submitted by the Banks.
Make Static Data amendments (DOB, Address, statement recipients, fee package, etc.) on active account based of end client request
Perform clean-up activity on client's account such as cash/securities transfer out, applying fees & rebate, producing final account statement before closing the account.
Execute Inter Cash Movement of cash from one account to another based on end user request.
Respond on share mailboxes and Client queries.
Liaise with the Clients and cross-functional operational departments on problematic transactions.
