We have an opening for Manager - Finance & Accounts with a NBFC. Location: Mumbai Education: CA- 1st or 2nd Attempt Preferred Companies: Big 4 / Big 6 Companies Roles and Responsibilities: Overseeing SEBI LODR reporting and Related Party Transactions (RPT) compliance. comprehensive understanding of all RPT-related compliances. Practical experience with IND AS is essential and required. Proficiency in processing fees, including EIR, ESOP, and investment value. Verifying and approving the banking and investment entries. MIS for monthly investments. Figuring out investment/FD yields, etc. Making sure the team completes the monthly bank reconciliation on schedule Overseeing the Fixed Assets group and making sure all regulations are followed Taking care of regular accounting and accounts receivable. Managing audits and different data needs overseeing the reconciliations with different sub-ledgers and making sure that different departments are contacted for any arrears, etc. Automation for process improvement.
