Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day administrative tasks and ensure smooth office operations. Handle correspondence, documentation, and record-keeping. Maintain office expenses, assets, and inventory records. Coordinate with vendors for procurement of office supplies and services. Supervise housekeeping, facility maintenance, and office infrastructure. Handle employee accommodation arrangements for site locations. Negotiate with house owners for rental accommodation and finalize agreements. Coordinate and execute rent agreements between company/representative and house owners. Organize travel bookings, meeting arrangements, and logistics support. Manage incoming/outgoing couriers and internal communication handling. Maintain visitor logbooks, ID issuance, and access control systems. Ensure compliance with safety, cleanliness, and company policies in premises.
