Sampling & Production Manager Luxury Handbags Location: Gurgaon, India Company: Ozone NexImpact Assets LLP Experience: 5+ years in Handbag Sampling and Manufacturing About Us We are a contemporary luxury brand crafting handbags, scarves, and belts with a focus on sustainable materials, refined craftsmanship, and joyful design . Role Overview Were looking for a hands-on, detail-obsessed Sampling & Production Manager to lead product development from sketch to final sample ensuring premium quality, timely execution, and sustainable sourcing across all collections. Key Responsibilities Lead sampling for bags and accessories from concept to final prototype Source and develop materials, trims, and hardware (local & international) Build and manage vendor relationships; negotiate pricing and MOQs Collaborate with designers to execute tech packs and ensure fit & finish Maintain documentation: BOMs, cost sheets, trackers Ensure seamless transition from sampling to production What We’re Looking For 5+ years in sampling, sourcing, or production for luxury/fashion brands Expertise in accessory development , preferably handbags Strong vendor and material sourcing network Knowledge of sustainable, premium-grade materials Meticulous, process-driven, with an eye for luxury details Fluent in Excel, costing, and production tracking Why Join Us Full ownership of the sampling and sourcing function Work directly with the founder and global design talent Be part of a bold, sustainable luxury brand in its early journey
