Accessory Designer-Sports

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and passionate Apparel Designer to join our sportswear team. In this role, you will conceptualize, design, and develop innovative performance and lifestyle apparel collections that align with brand aesthetics and meet the functional needs of athletes and active consumers. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams including Product Development, Marketing, and Merchandising to bring high-performance apparel to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design original and trend-forward sports apparel collections (e.g., activewear, athleisure, performance gear).
• Translate market trends, athlete feedback, and brand identity into compelling apparel concepts.
• Develop detailed technical sketches, CADs, and tech packs for production.
• Collaborate with fabric and trim teams to source appropriate performance materials.
• Partner with developers to ensure design intent is maintained through prototyping and production.
• Conduct regular market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities.
• Attend fittings and provide creative solutions to design or fit challenges.
• Maintain an organized workflow from concept to final product

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
