Accessory Designer - Jewellery

As a Jewellery Designer at Joker & Witch / Teejh.com, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, researching trends, and developing collection concepts that align with the brand aesthetics and guidelines. Your role will involve designing and sampling new collections in both Western and Ethnic jewellery for Joker & Witch and Teejh brands. You will ensure on-time completion of collections as per the design calendar, study previous season's performance for trend predictions, and identify new vendors and manufacturers for design development. Collaborating closely with the Cofounder, Design, marketing, and merchandising team, you will oversee the entire design process from concept to production, focusing on quality, functionality, and style. Key Responsibilities: - Conceptualization, trend research, sampling, and development of collection concepts - Designing & sampling new collections in Western & Ethnic jewellery - Timely completion of collections for each season - Identifying new vendors and manufacturers for design development - Ensuring excellent quality of samples/production and managing any quality issues - Taking ownership of collection launch & growth - Upholding and evolving the brand's design language across all collections - Mentoring junior designers and fostering a culture of creativity and excellence within the design team Candidate Profile: - Graduate from NIFT or any other design college with a keen interest in Jewellery/Accessory design - 0-3 years of experience in jewellery design - Excellent communication & negotiation skills - Proactive, high on energy, and good at multitasking - Strong sense of fashion, keen eye for detail, and minimal, clean aesthetics - Team player, ready to take up new tasks - Immediate joiners will be given preference Skills Required: Adobe Photoshop, CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, AutoCad Reporting to: Cofounder If you are ambitious, a problem solver, and hungry for enormous learning opportunities, join our enthusiastic young team in Bangalore and be a part of creating classic, comfortable, and functional jewellery pieces that stand the test of time.,
