Accessories Designer (non-apparel)

Experience: Minimum 1–2 years (mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Development:
• Conceptualize and develop new designs for designer bags, trolley bags, and other non-apparel items.
• Utilize design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Photoshop) to create technical drawings and renderings.
• Research and analyze current market trends, competitor products, and consumer preferences.
• Develop design concepts and specifications, considering material selection, manufacturing processes, and cost.
• Create sketches, models, and prototypes to visualize design concepts.
• Material Selection and Sourcing:
• Research and select appropriate materials for product construction, considering factors such as durability, aesthetics, and cost.
• Source materials from suppliers, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Test materials to ensure they meet design specifications and performance requirements.
• Manufacturing Collaboration:
• Collaborate with manufacturing teams to develop and refine production processes.
• Provide technical specifications and instructions for manufacturers.
• Work with production teams to ensure quality control and timely delivery.
• Quality Control and Testing:
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet design specifications and quality standards.
• Identify and resolve any defects or issues during production.
• Conduct testing to evaluate product performance and durability.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
