As a UI Designer at Datanova, you will play a crucial role in our growing design team. We are looking for a creative individual with a strong passion for user-centered design. Your primary responsibility will be to craft seamless, visually appealing, and user-friendly interfaces for our products. Collaboration with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders will be essential in creating exceptional user experiences. Key Responsibilities: - Design visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications. - Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and developers to ensure consistent and user-centered designs. - Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to effectively communicate design concepts. - Align designs with the company's branding guidelines and design standards. - Perform UI design tasks such as button and icon design, typography, color schemes, layout design, and visual assets. - Continuously enhance the user interface based on user feedback and analytics. - Stay updated on the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices. - Maintain a consistent design language and visual style across different platforms and devices. - Conduct usability testing and participate in user research to validate design decisions. - Collaborate in developing and maintaining a scalable design system for the product. - Optimize designs for performance, accessibility, and responsiveness. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field. - Proven experience as a UI Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing design expertise in web and mobile applications. - Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, and other relevant software. - Understanding of design principles, layout, typography, and color theory. - Ability to translate complex requirements into clean, user-friendly designs. - Strong communication and collaboration skills for working in a cross-functional team. - Experience with front-end development (HTML/CSS) is a plus. - Familiarity with UI patterns, design systems, and user-centered design principles.
