Key Responsibilities: • Build and maintain courses in Canvas Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring alignment with instructional design specifications. • Develop, format, and organize content pages, HTML pages, quizzes, assignments, and documents as per design document guidelines and accessibility standards. • Create and manage course assets, ensuring they meet quality standards. • Build/edit content on Content Management System (CMS) • Conduct QA and QC reviews to ensure learning materials meet quality and accessibility standards. • Troubleshoot and resolve LMS-related issues during course setup and delivery, collaborating with relevant teams for solutions. • Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure project requirements and specifications are met. • Deliver projects on time and ensure they meet the high-quality benchmarks of the organization. • Participate in internal continuous improvement efforts by offering ideas and solutions for process improvement. • Stay updated on emerging LMS features and online learning trends to recommend improvements for course delivery and user experience. Required Qualifications and Skills: • Bachelor's degree in technology • 1 to 4 years of working knowledge on HTML • Experience working on the Canvas LMS and/or CMS is a plus • Basic knowledge of CSS, JS, and accessibility standards for course design • Proven experience with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and authoring tools such as Articulate 360 and H5P • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills • Good communication and collaboration skills • Ability to multitask and manage time effectivel
