You will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV), Intercom, Access Control and Boom Barrier Systems. This role involves working with surveillance equipment, ensuring proper functionality, and providing technical support to ensure the security and safety of the premises Key Responsibilities: Installation, Configuration and troubleshooting :Install and configure CCTV systems, Intercom, Access Control and Boom Barrier, including cameras, recording equipment, and monitoring stations Quality Assurance: Conduct quality checks to ensure the clarity and accuracy of camera feeds Network Integration: Integrate CCTV systems with the organization's network infrastructure Documentation: Maintain accurate records of CCTV, Intercom, Access Control and Boom Barrier system configurations, installations, and maintenance activities Prepare documentation for system configurations and changes Coordinate with vendors for equipment repairs or replacements

Role & responsibilities Prepare Technical Submittals: Develop comprehensive submittals for Fire Alarm System, ensuring all required data (technical specifications, product details, compliance certificates) is included for approval. Review and Verify Compliance: Ensure submittals meet client specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements To perform commissioning for Fire Alarm System Should have strong domain knowledge of Fire Alarm (Simplex, BOSCH, Edwards, Notifier etc.) Configuring the FAS graphics implementation and documentation. Managing team of site engineers & Technicians working under and supporting on technical aspects to resolve the customer query / issues at sites. Preferred candidate profile Experience: At least 4 to 5 years of experience in Fire Alarm systems with a focus on submittal preparation, procurement, and project coordination.

The candidate has to review the HVAC and Fire System vendor offers technically and review the engineering calculations and engineering documents submitted by the vendors. The candidate has to prepare these engineering documents and calculations, when required. The candidate has to take the approval of the engineering calculations and documents from customers and consultants. When customer specification is unavailable, the candidate should prepare the necessary specification for HVAC and Fire System. The candidate should have good knowledge of relevant standards such as IS, IEC, IEEE, CBIP, CEA, etc. The candidate should have good communication skill. Communication with internal partners such as factory, execution team, bid team, sales team and external partners such as customer, consultant, vendor, etc., is required for this position. To ensure the site is functioning smoothly Key Responsibilities Perform highly skilled maintenance, installation, repair and troubleshooting work involved with electrical systems Electrical work may be performed in a number of areas including heating, refrigeration, motors, fire alarms and generator equipment work involves technical application of electrical Install, test, inspect, maintain, service and repair lighting fixtures, electrical panels, outlets, wiring, specialized electrical equipment and machineryOperate power hand tools and other specialized electrical equipment Construct and maintain service equipment Read electrical circuit diagrams Requisition materials and supplies from stock room, call vendors to discuss needs for parts and supplies and recommend purchases and suppliers Transfer primary power from one power source to another Install conductors, splices cable, builds terminations and does necessary hookup for primary power lines Set poles, string overhead lines and do overhead line maintenance Lay underground conduit for electrical lines and install low voltage electric lines and conduit for telephone systems May require to do other trades work incidental to electrical work
