We are seeking an experienced Manager Civil for our Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) Project in Gujarat. The candidate will be responsible for civil site execution, contractor management, and quality compliance , ensuring timely and safe project delivery. Role & responsibilities Lead site preparation and civil works including grading, foundations, trenches, equipment pads, control room buildings, fencing, drainage, and access roads. Ensure proper layout, leveling, and survey as per approved drawings. Supervise and manage civil contractors, vendors, and consultants . Coordinate with structural, electrical, and mechanical teams for smooth project execution. Ensure quality assurance, HSE compliance, and adherence to project timelines . Support project reporting, documentation, and liaison with client representatives.
