We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Data Analyst to support our Workday and Workfront platforms. This role is ideal for a candidate to build a career in data analytics while gaining hands-on experience with Workday, Workfront, Power BI, and Excel. The ideal candidate will assist with user access management, timesheet maintenance, and the creation and maintenance of reports and dashboards. Job Description: Access Management: Create Workfront projects and tasks, generate future timesheets, and close previous month s timesheets in Workfront. Handle all Workfront email queries. Chase users during month-end and share the final list with stakeholders. Reporting & Dashboarding: Create, modify, and maintain Power BI dashboards and standard reports using Workfront/Workday, timesheet data. Collaborate with team leads to understand reporting needs and translate them into visual insights. Perform basic data quality checks and support ongoing report accuracy. Documentation & Process: Maintain clear documentation of access procedures, reporting templates, and dashboard logic. Assist in standardizing operational workflows within the platforms.
