You will be responsible for designing and implementing role-based access controls (RBAC) in Oracle HCM Cloud, configuring and managing the security console, and collaborating with functional and technical teams to determine appropriate access levels based on business needs. Additionally, you will perform regular security audits, access reviews, and ensure compliance with internal controls and external regulations (e.g., SOX, GDPR). Troubleshooting and resolving security-related issues, maintaining documentation of security architecture, role definitions, and user provisioning processes, supporting integration with Oracle Identity Cloud Service (IDCS) and Single Sign-On (SSO), and assisting with testing and validation during security changes, patches, and system updates are also key responsibilities. Furthermore, you will provide training and support for end-users and internal IT/security staff and participate in implementation projects, upgrades, and enhancements from a security perspective. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, along with 8+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud security administration. Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Security Console, IDCS, and HCM security structures is required, as well as in-depth knowledge of user provisioning, role mapping, data security policies, and access groups. Experience with compliance and audit procedures, familiarity with Oracle OTBI, BI Publisher, or other reporting tools for access audit and review, excellent communication and documentation skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are essential qualifications. Preferred qualifications include an Oracle certification in HCM or Security (e.g., Oracle HCM Cloud: Security), knowledge of Oracle Financials, SCM, or other Fusion applications, experience with security automation and identity governance tools, and an understanding of Fast Formulas, SQL, or scripting languages.
