Access Governance Engineer

The role requires you to execute access certifications across all systems within the defined scope to ensure alignment with governance and compliance requirements. You will be responsible for monitoring and tracking remediation actions for failed access reviews, escalating policy violations to relevant stakeholders. Additionally, maintaining accurate dashboards and compliance reports is crucial to support audit readiness and ongoing monitoring efforts. You will also collaborate with business units and compliance teams to review and update governance policies in line with evolving standards. Furthermore, supporting the documentation of policies and contributing to process improvements in control processes and compliance workflows are key aspects of this role. To excel in this position, you should have proven experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), IT audit, or compliance operations. Hands-on expertise in access reviews, user lifecycle management, and enforcement of access policies is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data tracking and issue resolution, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, is required. Familiarity with governance tools such as SailPoint or similar platforms is preferred. Your high attention to detail, coupled with effective communication and reporting skills, will ensure clarity and accountability in your role.
