Your main responsibility in this role will be generating leads and handling phone calls to understand customer requirements while effectively communicating the benefits of Arya Omnitalk's products and services. You will utilize scripts to engage with both existing and potential customers, and keep track of all calls, sales, and relevant information. Additionally, you will investigate customer feedback, prospect previous customers for new sales opportunities, and participate in team meetings to evaluate progress and performance. To excel in this position, you should have at least a XIIth pass qualification, with more than 2 years of work experience, including a minimum of 6 months in telesales or inside sales. You must possess strong persuasive skills to effectively sell products or services, along with excellent verbal communication and phone etiquette. The ability to handle customer rejection and accept criticism constructively is crucial for success in this role. Preference will be given to female candidates.
