Additionally, you should be capable of neutralizing accents and have a good understanding of phonics to address Mother Tongue Influence (MTI). A stronghold in the English language is necessary, encompassing grammar, pronunciation, spelling, and vocabulary. Your role will also require proficiency in Excel and creating impactful presentations. In terms of responsibilities, you will be tasked with developing and implementing a comprehensive training curriculum. It will be your responsibility to create original content and conduct seminars, workshops, and individual training sessions.
