Role: Business Development Executive (BDO – Fresher) We are looking for enthusiastic and ambitious freshers who are eager to kickstart their career in Business Development. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a growth mindset, and a passion for building relationships. Responsibilities Identify potential clients and generate leads through research and outreach. Assist in developing and maintaining client relationships. Support sales & marketing and executing strategies. Participate in meetings, presentations and follow-ups. Maintain reports on client interactions, leads and conversions. Stay informed about the company's IT products and services to effectively present them to clients. Requirements Fresh graduates (any discipline; preference for Business/Marketing/Management background). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated, with a proactive and result-oriented approach. What We Offer Salary + Attractive Incentives based on performance.
