Key Skills: UI Designer, UX Designer, Dashboards, Adobe Photoshop, Acceleration. Roles and Responsibilities: Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points. Develop user personas, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to support seamless and intuitive user experiences. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and other designers to deliver cohesive UX solutions. Translate complex concepts into user-friendly and visually consistent designs that align with brand standards. Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and end-users. Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices in UX design and digital product development. Ensure that all designs are accessible and inclusive, following WCAG guidelines. Participate in strategy development, design thinking workshops, and contribute to pre-sales activities such as RFPs and estimations. Apply knowledge in dashboard design, interaction design, information architecture, and design systems. Utilize AI tools and techniques to enhance user experience and product efficiency. Contribute to usability testing and ensure designs meet user-centric objectives. Experience Requirement: 7 to 9 years of total experience, with at least 6 to 7 years in UX design roles. Proven track record as a UX Designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions. Hands-on experience in user research (qualitative and quantitative), journey mapping, persona creation, and concept development. Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. Sound knowledge of design principles, usability standards, and information architecture. Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is an advantage. Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Experience in working within agile environments and cross-functional teams. Exposure to accessibility and inclusive design standards. Understanding of design systems and the use of AI in design is a plus. Knowledge of SQL is desirable. Education: Any Graduation.
