Academics Manager - JEE/NEET

The ideal candidate should possess extensive knowledge of the JEE and NEET segments and have the ability to effectively connect with all the stakeholders. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of academic activities, fostering collaboration among ground teams & students, and enhancing the overall quality of education provided. Responsibilities: Batch Ownership: Overall ownership of batches including, but not limited to lecture planning, class scheduling, syllabus tracking, faculty coordination, content uploading, test conduction, etc. Faculty Coordination: Foster a collaborative and supportive environment among faculty members encouraging teamwork and shared goals. Coordinate with subject-specific faculty to coordinate for various tasks. Communication: Establish effective communication channels between faculty members, ensuring clear dissemination of information and updates. Liaise with other academic coordinators and administrators to facilitate smooth coordination across departments. Subject Matter Expertise: Demonstrate a deep understanding of the JEE and NEET segments, staying abreast of the latest developments and trends in the field. Provide academic leadership and assist in the academic planning. Result Analysis: Dedicatedly work towards the improvement of overall JEE and NEET results. Prepare strategies around it. Test Process and Class Attendance Management: Manage the test conduction process from end to end. Coordinate with the faculties to confirm the syllabus and share it with the ground team & students. Track the attendance of the students. Arrange absenteeism calls. Prepare strategy around it to improve attendance. Data Analysis: Analyze academic performance data to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement. Utilize data to inform decision-making and implement targeted interventions as needed.
