Student Casework Officer Manage student escalations, handle individual cases Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain empathy in responses 4. SIS System Integration Specialist Lead integration of Student Information Systems (SIS) with internal platforms Experience with APIs, data mapping, and EdTech systems Prior knowledge of systems like Banner, PowerSchool, or similar SIS platforms preferred Key Requirements Prior experience in Education / EdTech / Higher Education (preferred) Excellent UK English (written & spoken) Comfortable working UK Shift hours (110 PM IST approx.) Strong problem-solving, organizational, and technical skills as per role Stable internet connection and remote work readiness
