Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to promote and sell our training courses. This role primarily involves handling inbound sales inquiries daily, guiding potential learners through course options, and assisting them with enrollment.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to daily inbound inquiries from prospective learners via calls, emails, and chat platforms.
• Provide course consultations by understanding learner needs and recommending suitable WSQ training programs.
• Guide learners through the registration and funding application process.
• Follow up with potential leads to ensure successful enrolment.
• Maintain an updated knowledge of Skills Future Singapore (SSG) and WSQ course funding schemes.
• Achieve team sales targets for course enrolments.
• Maintain accurate records of inquiries, enrolments, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive learning journey for all enrolees.

Requirements

• No prior sales experience required—customer service background is a plus.
• Candidates with retail, hospitality, call center, or education industry experience are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with learners from various backgrounds.
• Comfortable working in a sales-driven environment with performance targets.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Open to working on-site at events or roadshows when required.
