Academic Program Executive

As an Academic Program Executive at our expanding academic team, you will be instrumental in ensuring high-quality academic delivery, student satisfaction, and seamless project implementation. Your role will involve collaborating with senior academic leaders and project managers to address student issues and enhance student outcomes. **Key Responsibilities:** - Demonstrating expertise in Science subjects (Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics) and understanding exam patterns across JEE, NEET, CUET, and other competitive exams. - Adopting a student-centric approach by addressing academic and motivational concerns, proposing academic interventions, and process enhancements. - Efficiently managing multiple projects simultaneously, taking charge of deliverables and timelines across ongoing academic initiatives. - Supporting existing academic operations and contributing to new program launches, ensuring smooth coordination with academic leads, faculty, and tech/product teams. - Utilizing digital tools like Google Sheets, content platforms, LMS, or any academic tech tools to streamline processes and solve academic/operational challenges. - Bringing energy and passion to your work every day, demonstrating enthusiasm, ownership, and caring deeply about the impact of your work on students, teachers, and education. **Qualifications Required:** - Strong academic foundation, preferably with a science background (B.Sc/B.Tech/M.Sc/M.Tech or equivalent). - 1-3 years of relevant experience in education, content, operations, or student engagement.
