Academic Mentor/CSE Professor

In this academic role at Kalvium, you will be responsible for handling classes/sessions for BTech CSE students on campus, learning and preparing to deliver industry-aligned/up-to-date Computer Science curriculum, and managing evaluations and feedback for a group of students. As a Technical Mentor at Kalvium, you will work closely with students to enhance their skills, solve complex problems, and contribute to the success of the program. You will also act as a liaison between the industry and students during their internship, ensuring the students deliver on their work commitments. This Internship + Full-Time position will require you to take responsibility for the technical growth of a cohort of high-potential students. **Responsibilities:** - Provide guidance and mentorship to students based on the Kalvium mentorship framework. - Assist in the technical and professional growth of students. - Embed in the campus and take ownership of students" outcomes on technical courses and projects. - Manage daily scrums of students. - Oversee multiple industry internships and mentor students in creating significant projects to enhance their skill sets. **Benefits:** - Learn Technical Concepts, Programming, and Full-Stack Development from seasoned professionals. - After 2 years, choose to continue in the mentorship program or explore outplacement opportunities with leading tech companies in India. - Enrollment into respective university PhD programs for mentors interested in teaching. **Qualifications:** - Master's degree: M.Tech in Computer Science or related branches with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Technical Requirements: Basic algorithmic coding knowledge in Python, C, C++, or JavaScript. **Experience:** - For Freshers (2023/2024/2025 Pass out): 3 Months Internship with a confirmed full-time offer upon completion. - For Experienced Folks (1-5 Years): No Internship, Hike based on Interview Performance. **Location & Timings:** - Location: 1st month training in Bangalore, then deployment to various campuses across India. - Timings: Monday to Saturday, 9AM to 6.30PM. Your skills in M.Tech, C, Programming, Java, Algorithmic Coding, Networking, JavaScript, Computer Science, Python, Operating Systems, Full-Stack Development, C++, and CSE will be key in excelling in this role.,
