As an Academic Mentor at Myschoolar Tuition, your role will involve guiding students in their academic journey by providing personalized one-on-one tutoring at their homes in Trivandrum for all subjects from KG12. Your responsibilities will include: - Providing personalized one-on-one tutoring to students based on their school curriculum. - Preparing customized lesson plans and practice materials to cater to each student's learning needs. - Monitoring and tracking student progress while offering constructive feedback. - Creating a supportive and motivating learning environment. - Coordinating with parents to update them on their child's performance and areas of improvement. To excel in this role, you should possess: - Strong knowledge in one or more school subjects from KG12. - Excellent communication and teaching skills. - Prior teaching or tutoring experience is preferred. - Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual learning styles. - Commitment, punctuality, and a student-first approach. - Must be located in Trivandrum and willing to travel to student's homes.
