Salary: Hourly payment, to be discussed during the interview (Teachers who can provide Tuition at student’s Home will be more paid) Job Summary: We are seeking a qualified and dedicated teacher who can provide effective online or in-person tuition to students. This role offers the flexibility to teach remotely from home or In-Person. The teacher will be responsible for designing engaging lesson plans, delivering high-quality educational content, assessing student progress, and fostering an inclusive learning environment. Responsibilities: Prepare and deliver interactive lessons using a variety of teaching techniques and resources. Provide engaging and age-appropriate instructional materials to facilitate learning. Assess and evaluate student progress through regular assignments, quizzes, and tests. Identify areas of improvement and provide constructive feedback to help students reach their goals. Maintain open and effective communication with students and parents/guardians regarding progress, challenges, and successes. Utilize technology and online platforms to deliver seamless online instruction and facilitate remote learning experiences. Ensure a safe and positive learning environment in online classes. Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies, educational tools, and subject specific content. Requirements Bachelor's degree/Btech/BE Reliable internet connection, computer, and audio/video equipment for online teaching purposes. Strong knowledge and expertise in the subject area being taught. Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner. Experience teaching in an online environment, using virtual classrooms and digital educational tools (preferred). Patience, empathy, and the ability to establish positive rapport with students of different ages and backgrounds.
