You will be an Academic Mentor (Teacher) at Myschoolar Tuition, providing personalized one-on-one home tuition to KG12 students in Trivandrum for all subjects. Your role will involve guiding students in their academic journey, strengthening subject knowledge, and boosting their confidence in learning. **Responsibilities:** - Provide personalized one-on-one tutoring at students" homes. - Teach subjects according to the school curriculum from KG12. - Create customized lesson plans and practice materials based on each student's learning needs. - Monitor and track student progress, offering constructive feedback. - Establish a supportive, engaging, and motivating learning environment. - Communicate and coordinate with parents to update them on their child's performance and areas of improvement. **Requirements:** - Strong knowledge in one or more school subjects from KG12. - Excellent communication and teaching skills. - Prior teaching or tutoring experience is preferred. - Ability to adapt teaching methods to cater to individual learning styles. - Commitment, punctuality, and a student-first approach. - Must be located in Trivandrum and willing to travel to students" homes.
