• The individual should possess advanced knowledge of the field in which they are onboarded, as well as the attitude to conduct research in their present field and identify answers to the issues that faculty members confront.
• Mentoring students who are enrolled in classes.
• Making phone calls to pupils to inquire about their academic achievement.
• To keep the pupil engaged, provide guidance.
• Ensure that students participate in the required student engagement activities.
• Provide advice on time management, efficient learning methods, and study practices.
• Create a PowerPoint presentation and a question paper.
• In charge of producing student and faculty support materials.
• The capacity to operate both independently and in a team.
• To guarantee coordination, collect PDF documents from the faculty in a limited amount of time and work with designers.
• Hold individual or group therapy sessions to help kids with issues or worries. Finish exams and evaluations, evaluate the findings, and offer comments. Keep an eye on and monitor the actions of the students.
• Examine and revise student records.
• Write and deliver progress reports.
