Academic Facilitator

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Academic Facilitator (Teacher) for our Preschool/Daycare. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering age-appropriate academic sessions, tracking children’s progress, and maintaining effective communication with parents while working closely with the school team to ensure high-quality early childhood education.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct engaging academic sessions aligned with the preschool curriculum
• Prepare structured lesson plans and age-appropriate teaching aids
• Assess and monitor the academic progress and development of children
• Support the Centre Coordinator in planning the academic calendar
• Assist in organising events, field trips, guest sessions, and school activities
• Participate in educational events, training programs, and professional development initiatives

Communication & Parent Engagement

• Maintain strong parent relationships for the assigned group
• Conduct Parent-Teacher Meetings and provide regular feedback on child progress

Bookkeeping & Documentation

• Ensure punctuality, attendance tracking, and classroom discipline
• Prepare and maintain daily, monthly, and annual student and teacher reports
• Maintain accurate academic and administrative records

Coordination & Teamwork

• Collaborate with the school team to ensure program implementation standards
• Guide assigned caregivers to ensure availability of stationery, learning materials, and necessary facilities for children

Role Prerequisites / Eligibility

• Female candidate with a Bachelor’s Degree
• 1–2 years of experience in a preschool environment preferred
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and classroom management skills
• Passion for early childhood education and child development

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
