Job Title: Academic Data Entry Operator (School)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Academic Data Entry Operator to manage and update student academic records, examination data, and curriculum information in the school database. The role requires high accuracy, confidentiality, and efficiency in handling sensitive academic data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and update student academic records including grades, marks, and report cards.
• Maintain databases for attendance, examinations, and internal assessments.
• Prepare and format academic reports for teachers, parents, and management.
• Type the question papers, worksheets as per the requirement.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of academic data across systems.
• Support teachers and examination staff with data-related tasks.
• Assist in uploading data to school ERP/learning management systems.
• Maintain confidentiality of student academic performance and records.
• Generate required academic statistics and reports for management or education boards.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in computers (preferred)
• Experience in academic data entry or administration in schools/colleges is desirable.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with school ERP systems.
• Strong typing skills with high accuracy.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines, especially during exams and result preparation.
• Strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
