Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Academic Counselor located in Faridabad. The Academic Counselor will assist students in their academic journey by providing guidance, addressing inquiries, and offering support to meet their educational goals. The role includes conducting student counseling sessions, assisting with career planning, providing academic advising, and fostering a nurturing and encouraging environment. Additionally, the counselor will work closely with faculty and staff to support students overall development and success.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to guide individuals in making informed academic and career decisions.
Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues.
Experience in Academic Advising and Education to support and advise students in their educational pursuits.
Empathy, patience, and a student-centered approach to create a supportive and motivational environment.
A bachelor's or master's degree in Counseling, Education, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
Prior experience in an academic or educational guidance role is an added advantage.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
