Academic Counselor/ Telecounselor

As a Telecaller, your role will involve making calls to potential customers to introduce and explain our company's services and products. You will be responsible for maintaining daily call records, submitting progress reports, and contacting current and potential clients to provide information about our offerings. Your duties will also include addressing customer queries, understanding their requirements, and closing deals effectively. It will be essential to keep the customer database updated, process orders accurately, and handle any grievances to uphold our company's reputation. To excel in this role, you should possess at least a 12th grade education or higher, along with fluent communication skills in the local language. A minimum of 1 year of experience in a telecaller or similar position is required, with a proven track record of meeting sales quotas. Proficiency in computer programs like CRM and telephone systems is necessary, along with efficient English skills and excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities. Basic computer skills are also expected. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, a flexible schedule, health insurance, internet reimbursement, and provident fund. The work schedule is during the day shift, with a yearly bonus offered. A bachelor's degree is preferred for education qualifications, and proficiency in English is desired.
